How do I get a quote?

For most jobs, we can provide a quote over the phone or via email. For larger projects like bathroom renovations or new builds, we will arrange a time to visit the site and provide a detailed written quote — always free of charge and with no obligation.

What areas do you service?

We service the entire greater Auckland region, from Pokeno in the south through to Silverdale on the Hibiscus Coast. Our base is in Northpark, East Auckland, which puts us in an ideal position to reach most of Auckland quickly. Popular areas we regularly work in include Howick, Botany, Pakuranga, Manukau, Remuera, Ellerslie, the CBD, and everywhere in between. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, just give us a call and we will let you know.

Do you offer emergency callouts?

Yes, we understand that plumbing emergencies do not wait for business hours. If you have a burst pipe, major leak, gas issue or any other plumbing emergency, call us on 021 128 3813 and we will do our best to get to you as quickly as possible. Emergency callout rates may apply outside of standard business hours, but we will always be upfront about pricing before starting any work.

We accept a range of payment methods to make things easy for you, including bank transfer, credit card and debit card. For larger projects, we can arrange progress payments to help manage the costs. All invoices are sent electronically and payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before work begins, so there are never any surprises.
